Hello, My name is Patricia Parker and I am the Library
Coordinator for
West Ward Elementary. I LOVE reading and greatly enjoy sharing this love
with children. Our library is not always a quite one, sometimes we
get
real excited about the books or information we are sharing. I have
told
the children that I am a little goofy so that they will not be afraid of
my enthusiasm.
I am married and live with my husband Scott in a log home we built here
in
Allegan. We have 3 children. Our oldest, Ashley, is married and has
given
us our 1st grandchild. Our middle child, Courtney, lives in
Kalamazoo and
has completed her Cosmetology Certificate. Our son Tyler lives with us
and
attends Allegan High School. I was born and raised in Kalamazoo,
but we
have lived in Indiana, Illinois, and the other side of Michigan.
I enjoy reading and nature.
