Hello!  I have been teaching general music at Pine Trails Elementary since 1986.  I have two children – Jessica and Lindsey.  My husband, Dave Prudon, is the Assistant Concertmaster of the Grand Rapids Symphony.  My family lives on Cobb Lake in Yankee Springs Township.  Some of my hobbies include gardening, tennis, kayaking, swimming, solving crossword puzzles and playing the violin.

We incorporate many types of activities in our music learning.  Each student will have an opportunity to perform for parents this year.  Fourth graders will emphasize mastering the recorder, and they may purchase an instrument this September.  Fifth graders may choose to join beginning band.  If you have questions about this program, please feel free to contact me at Pine Trails or West Ward.
