I graduated from Saugatuck High School in 1974 and Western Michigan University in 1978.  I taught for the Fennville Public Schools for 2 years and return every summer for the Migrant Education Program.  I have had many different teaching positions with the Allegan Public Schools since 1984 including K-4.

I married my High School sweetheart, Harry, in 1978.  We have 3 sons:  Harry “Patrick” the IVth, Thomas, and Jeffrey.  I love to collect antiques and enjoy reading about Michigan History.  My favorite color is purple!
